finding a parking spot

When it’s 10 degrees and I see people riding their bikes to work, it makes me love Chicago more than I already do. Just the other day I had a tough time finding a spot to lock my bike on Lincoln Ave. Every rack and light post was ocupado. Reminded me of Amsterdam. How the hell do you find a place to lock your bike in Amsterdam?

Just saw a stat somewhere that bicycling in Chicago is up like 100 and some percent.
yeah, it’s really pretty great the amount of bikes here in chicago. your boy mayor rahm is very pro bicycle lane/biking in general. i mean, he’s pro-bike when he’s not busy kicking in people’s fucking teeth.
This is a pretty old post I know, but it made me think about our last couple trips to Findlay Market.
Its getting tough to find a spot to lock the bike up there now.
Who saw that coming?
